I recently purchased a 30', offshore type, power boat. The boat is registered as a 33' due to an added outboard bracket. I was told the boat was a Cigarette brand copy probably from the early 80s but have not seen another like it. I am trying to find a site where people with knowledge of this type of boat may be able to look at a picture and help me identify the boat. Tod

I have received everyones answers and am pussuing them all, I will keep you posted. The boat is not a "fishing" type boat but more of a offshore similar to a Cigarette or a Scarab. I dont know if pictures are an option, if so I will add one. Thanks for all the ideas.

I have a 30' "Fiberform Cabin Cruiser, it has twin, 120hp stright-six engines, with the added outboard bracket just like yours. It was built in 1986, and I think that was the last year it was manufactured. The Fly deck has the same engine controls as the inside and the total passenger capacity is 19. The galley has a small ref., sink, gas oven w/4burners, the head has a stand-up shower, the dinning area seats 4 and 6 on the side. Maybe you can send a pic to me, and I will send you one of my boat to see it they are the same.

Try Florida Sportsman fishing forum. You can find them through Google. It's a good site that my husband hangs out on and is a wealth of information.
