I simply looked on Google and it appears to be just a Canadian resource/support group. However in the U.S. There are just a ton of cancer support groups. Look on google. Start with The American Cancer Society website for instance.

Don't know about this program - search it on the internet.
Also you may find some help in How to Prevent and Treat Cancer with Natural Medicine by Michael Murray and Pat Quillen's Beating Cancer With Nutrition, both of which list numerous resources and suggestions.
