Those who have realized that Islam is a false religion and have came to Christ are of course saved, and no longer Muslim. Islam, and anything else that doesn't point to salvation by faith in the finished work of Christ cross alone is a false way.

IT is not to men to judge who can receive the gift of everlasting life or not but to God our Father. It is written in the bible that the salvation in Jesus is for everybody who (Romans 10:9) confesses His name with the mouth that He is our Lord, and God raised him from the dead will be saved. Also Isaiah is repeated by Paul in Romans 15:12, There will be root of Jesse; And He who shall rise to reign over the Gentiles, in Him the Gentiles shall hope.
In case a Muslim would accept Jesus Christ as Savior and believe with all heart and fulfill His commands, would not be called Muslim anymore but Christian.

I'm muslim ... and seriously why must every single person always think that muslim people are always so religious... what the hell are you asking "do muslims knmow how to receive the free gift od everlasting life?" ... no offense but this question is completely useless.... and to gary.... muslims don't reject everything about Jesus.... and who are you to say that we muslims "claim" Jesus was prophet... sorry if anything offended anyone in this answer....oh and boredomstrikes.... your an a$$

My guess is that you have your own conclusions about how to receive that gift, and I'd hazard the wager you don't agree that these other religions have an equally valid path based on their own beliefs.

You don't have to agree with them, but it would behoove you to back off. Yours is the sin of self-righteousness, and it's one of the seven deadly sins - just read your Bible and you'll see.
