my pore puppy moca fights too much

is she/he fighting? or playing? put the dog on his mack and tell him/her sternly "NO". Its a dominence thing.

You need to get him neutered and signed up for obedience class ASAP. He need to learn that you are the Alpha dog and to do what you say. Take him for walks every day, but make him walk beside you, not pull you. Get him socialized by taking him out to parks where he can meet new people and dogs, but keep a very tight leash on him.

Neuter him, and keep him away from other dogs.
