Get up, go take a pee, fire up the computer, answer a bunch of questions, eat breakfast, get ready for work, go to work.

Bike or jog for a 1/2 hour, take a shower, brush my teeth, put on make up, fix my hair, and then get dressed. Drink a 2 carb or less protein drink with a tablespoon of necafe. Go to work. Yes 1 tablespooon to feel good.

Wake up, smoke a cigarette, feed the kitties, let them out, take a dump, brush my teeth, shower then go to work. On my days off I do the same things except take a little bit longer before taking a shower.

Answer my wake up call. Pee. Let dogs out to pee. Feed dogs. Let dogs out to poop. Wash face. Brush teeth & brush hair. Fill 42 oz. soda cup, smoke cig. turn on weather channel and head out the door.

I wake up, think what I need to do, think about what I want to do, get up, pet the dog, pee, wash my hands and face, check the news, make breakfast, go for a ride and comeback and get online..

Wake up, pee, take shower,brush teeth, eat yummy breakfast, meditate, do nails, do makeup, get dressed, make sure i have everything for school, check makeup, fix lipgloss, do hair, go out to bus stop, wait, go to school, go to spanish.End of morning.
