Get him to the vet.
I'm overcautious but only because I listened to the vet say "don't bring him in unless he's not eating" and lived to regret it.
Rather pay the cost than risk the loss.

I'd take him to the vet. A hummingbird is EXTREMELY hard to catch. It MUST have been sick in order for Sinbad to be able to get it. The vet can test for any infections. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Yowling, in this instance, is a sign of pain. Pain and vomiting after eating a hummingbird could be very, very bad. Remember, ANY outdoor animal can carry diseases (not to mention parasites)....which is just one of the VERY good reasons to keep your cat indoors.

Take him to a vet.
That could be a hairball or some other blockage, causing him pain (therefore the howling) and throwing up (because he is trying to get it out of him). If so, it needs to come out before it causes injury or death.
But it could also be feline leukemia or possibly stomach cancer (which my favorite cat of all time died from), neither of which is curable but you want to help ease his pain if that is what he has.

The cat is trying to tell you he's in pain. He sounds seriously ill. It could be a tick or something internally. I suggest you take him to the vet NOW!

He could have a hairball he can't get up. This could cause an obstruction in his intestines but why waste time wondering? Take him to the vet.
