1 1/2 oz. Coconut Rum
1 oz. Amaretto
3 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Pour over parfait or hurricane glass fill with ice and garnish with a pineapple and a cherry.

Pink Paradise Recipe
Ingredients: 3.0 dashes Bitters
2.0 oz Tequila
Directions: Pour the tequila into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, and stir. Pour the bitters into a brandy snifter and swirl around in order to coat the glass. Discard any excess bitters from the glass, then strain the tequila into the glass, and serve.
