I see most people just tip the hair stylish but forget the shampoo girl, and i find it's not fair since the shampoo girl works on you too. ( greeting, shampoo, bring you refreshment..etc..)

You SHOULD tip the shampoo girl. However, I've never been to a salon that has shampoo girls... the stylist always shampoos my hair.

Yes, u tip the shampoo person. They are helping the stylist with your service so they should be included.

i think they should get tipped too cuz like you said they do work on you too and they get paid pretty crappy
