I'm looking for a program that can make digital pictures animate, such as making mouths move or something like that. Does anyone know of this sort of program or if it is possible to create something that moves the picture? Please tell me how I can do this! It is important! :) Thanks!

So exactly how should it animate? Wiggle, zoom in and out, flip around and look in a mirror, or rotate?
If you want animation, you have to take the painstaking path to design something frame by frame. Or use a movie camera. Anything else would look like a DORK made it.

There is no program that will just automatically do it.
You have to work and work frame by frame, it takes time, patience, and the necessary skills to do it.

ya one the add ons to photo shop will do it if you look on adobe
