Is it drooping at all, if not nothing to worry about. Elsewise have a doctor check it.

Localized only to your left eyelid?

If your left arm and left cheek were numb it might be something more serious.

Like signs of a stroke.

So - do these three things:

Smile [is it like your normal smile?]

Raise both arms

Say a simple sentence

If you cannot do these things that might be the sign of a stroke.

And you will need medical attention IMMEDIATELY!!!

IMMEDIATELY MEANS RIGHT NOW!

DO NOT DELAY!

Either someone takes a possible stroke victim to the ER.

OR

You call an ambulance.

Minutes are CRUCIAL to a stroke victim.

DO NOT DELAY!

for more information, see the website below.

However, if only your eyelid, see your physician on Monday.

No, it's not that serious. A mosquito probably bit you while unaware. It will go away in less than two days. Don't poke i or it will sweell and hurt a bit. Good luck =D
