30 minutes every day is a great start. You can always add more on later.

You will need a minimum of 30 minutes, working up to an hour. This is why alot of ladies choose to go to classes. Your body starts to burn fat after 20 minutes, so anything over this is a bonus.
If you're having some hip pain, you may want to do something that is easier on it, maybe a stationary bike where you're sitting, or maybe to alternate the bike with whatever else you're doing.

30 mins 3-5 times a week is optimal and will give you good results if you have average body issues.
While it is best to do it all at once It doesn't need to be. I have small kids and I walk on the treadmill every day for 10 to 20 minutes, when time will allow, and get good results.
The key here is you have to do enough to break a sweat or else you are not raising your heart rate enough. I break a sweat after about minute 8-9 walking at 3.5 mph.
Good Luck

I read in Health magazine LONG time ago that half an hour a day was plenty to keep you healthy. Also, if you don't have time for the whole half hour, than do three sets of ten minutes. Plus, the less exercise means less eating. You can also get exercise by parking your car far and walking more. Riding your bicycle to the marker and such.

I have always understood that 20-30 minutes is fine. Just make sure you reach a good little sweat, or your faking it.
I know there are workout freaks, we all know them that will say 2 hours or some crazy stuff. But what I said is fine.
There are also studies saying that it is bad to over work out as well, especially running which can hurt your hips, legs, feet, etc.
I'd ride a bike, its easier on the body.

It all depends on your personal body and metabolism... but the average general rule says that 20-25 cardio a day, will keep you fit.. and remember cardio does not mean running.. it can be walking also.. so it is much easier as you think.. go for it !!

do about 30 to 45 minutes of cardio. this means brisk walking not the kind of walking you do in a mall while your shopping. the kind of walking you do when you need to go to the bathroom really bad and its at the other end of the mall. walking will help with the hip pain too.

I would say about 5,000 situps, 2,000 jumping jacks, and running about 20 miles aday should do it. Actually if you can walk a mile or so a day and do about 100 situps a week you should be fine. This won't make you Lance Armstrong but will keep you healthy.

I even have raised 3 little ones and that i be attentive to how stressful it extremely is to get them to pass to mattress on a weekday. i think of the quantity of sleep required varies, and additionally would desire to be controlled based on college overall performance. while you at the instant are not doing properly in school cuz u r too drained, then a stressful 10-hour rule is nice. If u can do properly on 8 hours, then a minimum of be on your room early yet whether u sleep is as much as u
