Fourteen and 5'10", yeah you'll probably grow more. The best indicator is to look at your parents and other reletives. Are they tall? This will give you a good indicator.
Unfortunately there are no magic supplements that will make you taller.
Milk does contain vitamin D, Calcium, and protein that theoretically can foster growth, but scientific evidence shows that Milk may actually cause osteoporosis. There is research that shows that the countries that have the highest consumption of milk per capita actually have the highest rates of osteoporosis as well. This is presumedly due to lactose causing a mineral imbalance in the blood that actually causes the body to leech calcium from bones to balance blood ph.
If you are thinking about using growth hormones to grow, then look up "acromegaly", check out a picture, and think again.

Of course! You probably won't grow any taller, but that milk will help you when you're in your late 50's early 60's to prevent osteoporosis(deterioration of bones) arthritis. It helps to build better teeth, bones, AND muscles. It helps your body heal faster and prevent colds. Drink up!
