Nothing secret. They receive different training by different folks on how to fight.
I worked with several of these guys recently. I sleep better at night knowing they are on duty.

The navy seals and other members of so called black ops are given special training that is not needed by the regular solider. There is nothing secret about it. They are trained to do a job and they do it extremely well. I too sleep better knowing they are out there. Remember they belong to a group, very few people have the skills to join. If congress had let them do their jobs, we would not have had a 9/11. As many may have noticed, politicians make terrible generals.

Yes the first step is to hold your right hand out in front of your face, make a fist and then repeatedly pucnh yourself in the mouth eyes and nose.
no there isnt a secret style it is a mix of other forms o martial arts. not just one or two. pretty much if a SEAL has to punch a person they have already been seen so they failed. Why should a Navy SEAL fight when they are trained to be undected and to take lives if necessary to keep covered.

I have the Army's Combatives manual and Special Forces Hand to Hand Fighting, really quite good.

The SEALS generally train to be a champion IRON MAN contestant: run, swim, and obstacle course training. They emphasize endurance rather than hand-to-hand combat skills. They do get trained in sentry removal and all manners of small weapons craft.

Stop reading and believing Tom Clancy books. Hand to hand combat is just that, combat. You train, and train. You always train to go head to head with another man. I served with the 1st Ranger Battalion for over 6 years, and I can tell you, you never get enough training in the hand to hand area. Best defense and offense in that type of CQB, is a knife and a strong upper cut.

I am guessing you saw this on some video that's for sale. There is no secret hand to hand fighting system.

Yes there is and I happen to know it. You take your open hand and make into a tight fist. Then you shove that fist into the nose of your enemy. Stand back cause the bloods gonna flow.

Nope...........Most of the time the Special Forces use a combo of Aikido, Hung Gar, Wing Chun and Shotakan.
Works for them.
