From the way you've written your question, it seems that your boyfriend's sister knows that you don't like her because she is a Lesbian. If that's the case then you have no one to blame but yourself.
Why not try being nice to her instead of calling her things like 'sicko lesbian perv'? I am gay and if my brother's girlfriend treated me disrespectuflly in my own home just because I'm gay, I would also do everything in my power to make her life miserable when she came to visit.
Oh and by the way, describing someone gay or lesbian as 'sicko perv' makes you an immoral supremacist scumbag nut. You might want to rethink that approach. Otherwise you risk being remembered shamefully by future generations including your own future children as another hate filled arrogant ignorant person of poor character.

I would go talk to your boyfriend's mother about this situation - and let her know that it has got to stop immediately. After all she is basically sexually assaulting you. Next you need to understand that for your boyfriend to react that way - he has been raised in some kind of weird environment - and you may have more unpleasant surprises down the road - if you stay with him. Please don't stay with him. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
