Ummm watelse.. eat a fist only of protein.. fish is the best... fish and veggies thats ofcourse lunch......

Lets see.
if u wanna lose weight i suggest a proper diet
dont eat 3 big meals a day instead 4-6 small meals a day ( portion control )
cardio helps ur heart pump which makes u sweat all that nasty fat outa ur body. So i suggest running, biking, basketball, jump rope, anything. just make sure u do it for at least half an hour
try not to eat junk food, eat right, eat protein. Stay away from carbs, a little is good but too much is bad cuz if u dont burn the carbs it stays in ur body and turns into fat
u can do light weight training and that will tone u up
if u weigh urself and u seem like u weigh more but u look fine as hell then that means ur building muscle and muscle weighs alot more than fat does
so cardio, keep a good diet, lift some light weights. Stay motivated and ur good to go. WHen u work out, u wanna sweat. Sweat = good thing, at least thats how i look at it

eat right. foods that are high in protein and low in fat are the best carbs are fine but all things in moderation. fish and chicken are great. fruits are fine but veggies are best. eat 5 small meals a day. drink lots of water it will do your body good, 3 liters a day min, sounds like a lot but its best. stop eating all junk foods, no more, none that is key any diet won't work if you eat junk. cut out the caffeine it will only hinder you. not eating after 6 is okay but 8 works just as good. small portions is key. don't listen to this tone with low weights high reps junk, this only leads to possible injuries, tears in the muscles or damaged tendons. this may sound crazy but use high weights and low reps, 5 max. try the dead lift it works the whole body and the bench and curls maybe squats instead of the dead lifts ( i recommend the dead lift ). this will tone your body buy using more of the muscle that you have. they will become firmer and you will be stronger. don't exercise every day go five on with weights and two off. run every other day that will work fine. you need to give your body time to repair its self. you will not get huge using high weight i promise. it will be tough for at first but it will work, just stick with it, remember high weight low reps, eat right ,work right, look great!!!

this is what i do - works for me.
day 1- run 6kms
day 2 - stomach crunches, and weights for the arms.
day 3 - cycle for an hour - 25 kms
day 4 - weights again
day 5 - run 6 kms again
day 6 - weights
day 7 - break
also drink plenty of water, cut down on ur carbs (no more bread), control your calories... and you should be fine.
and one thing i should mention is that b/c i exercise a lot i have put ON MORE weight because i put on muscle (i.e toned up) but have gown down dress sizes. i was a size 16 at one stage but down to size 8 now within two months.

I suggest the Sauna Belt, but it's expensive anyway you have to excercise as much as possible. The best approach is to choose a diet that fills you up but is very small, then excercise. That way when you excercise you burn Calories stored in your body instead of the ones you'd normally lose from eating, and therefore you lose weight! You should excercise until you/your muscles get tired and/or you sweat A LOT.

This is this the only answer you need, RUN - everyday, be active and cut calorie intake eat 5-6 small meals a day, cut the grease and pop, drink lots of water.
