so i have this recipe, but it's in grams, and the degrees are in Celsius, and i'd like to have it in american measurements (Farenheit, ounces, cups....). The eggs are ok.

200g of butter
200g of dark chocolate
5 eggs
1 cuilleree a soupe of flour
250g of sugar

cook at 190 C

8.8 (or ~9) ounces of sugar (this is a bit over a cup, if you can, stick to ounces for optimal results)

cook at 375 degrees Fahrenheit

7 ounces butter (approx. 14 tbsp or 3/4 cups + 2 tbsp )
7 ounces dark chocolate (approx. 14 tbsp or 3/4 cups + 2 tbsp )
9 ounces sugar (approx 18 tbsp or 1 cup + 2 tbsp)
