If you are young, try sleeping on your stomach with a hardback book under you. A nice flat wide one that will cover most of the stomach area. dont laugh, I read this in Cosmo 30 years ago or more and I was in my teens. It worked!!!

I don't think thats possible. Maybe if you have barely any fat there you could do it by doing situps. These things take time though. You should start by eliminating soda from your diet and drinking only water and start jogging and maybe doing an aerobics workout.
