Our government has lost all records of those H-1B workers, they don't know how many are here on those visas, they don't know how many illegal immigrants are here. They have lost all control over our tax expenditures. It makes me want to stop paying federal taxes. If they are spending my hard earned money indiscriminately I have the right to refuse to pay it until they can tell me where it's all going. I should not be paying taxes to a government that supports people who should not be in this country. It's a "fleecing of America" to the highest degree!!
And to top it all off the Senate is planning to include in the immigration bill an INCREASE in H-1B guest workers. That bill just won't fly!!

That's about par for the course ,damn.Did you see the one on that same site about the gunmen with automatic weapons in Mexico firing over 300 rounds across the border into Harlington TX.
No one was hurt but the gunmen then crossed the border into the US,and couldn't be found. That's terrible,if we don't get the borders secured and ASAP there will be all out civil war soon.

I am unsure just like any other American what the senators job really is. It seems to be to vote themselves a raise and only work 45 days a year. That is just over 10 % of the year that they are there. Kinda like Congress

Remember being a lawyer isn't about being ethical it is about skirting the law with the law. The government writes our laws so poorly that just in case one of them gets voted out of office they are guarantied a job for life as a lawyer.

Paying them is nothing, it's the retirement, full after two terms, that's 12yrs, full retirement after 12 yrs, and they get the same raises. Al Gore's Dad retired making 43,000 a year and if he is still alive he would be making 160,000 a year. Make four times the money in retirement, sign me up!

I was going to answer your question but I don't know the answer. I know what the answer is supposed to be, but that hasn't been the case for a great many years. I truly think we should start over and never allow any lawyers ever, ever, to run for office.
