They have a conditional visa and I need to know how to get this person out of my life and country.

What the heck were you thinking by doing that it is illegal to do, and it will be hard as heck to get them out. Good luck hope no punishment comes your way.

Depends on how long you have been married...I heard you have to be married for 3 years before they can get their greencard....If its over that time, well let the govnt worry and you worry about your life and try to move on for your own sake. I feel for you, its hard to know what you are getting into sometimes. Good luck.

Just inform the immigration department. Whatever department issued the visa should be able to rescind it.

This is not your battle to fight. Get them out of your life by not speaking or associating them with you, but let them stay in the US until the government says different.
