My first impression is that it may be a worm problem.. Has she been wormed lately? Also, boxers don't tolerate corn well..is there corn or soy in her kibble?
All-natural good quality kibbles are Canidae, Innova, Solid Gold, Wellness, Natural Balance, and Wysong...any of these kibbles are great for skin and coat, and have no corn, soy or fillers.

You could try changing her food (to something she will eat) by portions of course. Mixing it little by little each day with the old food as not to irritate her stomach. Most dogs will eat canned food no problem you could try that too...also mixing it. They do sell vitamins at petstores such at Petco, Petland, and Petsmart. I am not sure of other stores but I know those will definately have vitamins. Just ask an associate and they should be able to help. Just a little fyi feeding a dog 1 raw egg a day is good for the coat. Make it shinier. This shouldnt help with her shedding a lot though. Usually a dog losing a lot of hair could be cuz she is not getting enough nutrition or if she is itching a lot it could be a skin infection. Try Vitamins and changing out her food first before taking any other action. If this doesnt work I would suggest taking her to a vet. Boxers shouldnt shed a lot but they will shed somewhat.

A good brand dog food already contains all the necessary minerals and vitamins a dog needs and giving more is a waste of money as the are just processed in the waste. If you are open feeding do not do this. Put the food down for 10 minutes in the morning then take it up and do not fed again till evening then put down for 10 minutes then take it up. do not offer people food as this just makes maters worse and your dog will wait to see what you will offer next as it maybe better than the last item you offered. Your dog will not starve it self

My boxer also sheds quite a bit but it is generally a couple times a year. He is starting right now and I think it because he is starting to switch to his winter coat
He is pretty snobby about his food as well. We have been through several brands that he would just pick at until we just tried Beneful. Now, he immediately eats all of the food in his bowl

You might consider switching food. Some Boxer`s have food allergies. My female was allergic to wheat, but I know alot of them are allergic to corn. Cheaper brands of food contain lot of these grains.

there is a possibility that if your dog is not eating that he could have parvo expesaliy if he is looking and acting like he is depressed. it is deadly, but my dog survived it.... take him to the vet and if it isnt that then they will probably give you some vitimans to give him/her.
