I've heard that the fat in avocado is the healthy fat. So that would be the type of fat that helps your skin and hair. Healthy kinds of fat also contain the chemicals which tell your brain that you are no longer hungry.

Mash up the avocados, add some lemon juice and holy water, and you're done! On a side note, I once saw a guacamole dip called "Avocado's Number" named after "Avogadro's Number" from Chemistry. I just thought you might find that funny...

Try olive oil. It is a great moisturizer. My daughter has me put it on her from time to time for extra shine. Just rub plenty into hair and use a wide tooth comb. after wards just rinse. If it feels to oily shampoo with just a small amount then rinse.
She loves the way her hair feels and looks everytime we do it.

you dont need to prepare guacamole. you just need to buy an avacodo and juice it. then soak your hair in it for 10-40 mins, then let i sit for 10-14 minutes, then rinse.

I don't know since I love avocado so much. Just get the oil and add it to your fav conditioner.
ETA: In the hand of course, not the bottle.
