If you loose weight slowly and the healthy way, you should not get flabby skin. At 16 your skin is still nice and taunt and with a healthy diet and excersize you should have no worry.

You can lose what you need to lose hon, but the key is to lose it at the right rate (2 to 3) pounds a week, lose it fast and you will sag more. If you have lots of chub to lose, then expect to have lose skin, most of us do. Good luck!
