If you loose weight slowly and the healthy way, you should not get flabby skin. At 16 your skin is still nice and taunt and with a healthy diet and excersize you should have no worry.

Ok, whenever you lose weight, you get flabby extra skin. HOWEVER - if you keep working out, eventually (couple months type time) your body will suck in the loose skin and you won't have any :)

You can lose what you need to lose hon, but the key is to lose it at the right rate (2 to 3) pounds a week, lose it fast and you will sag more. If you have lots of chub to lose, then expect to have lose skin, most of us do. Good luck!

At your age your skin is very oily so dont worry about it. The older you get the less oil your skin has and the less elasticity.

as much as you want. at your age your skin cells should "bounce back" so you wont get flabby.
