I can't see a correlation. The concept of God, Son and Holy Spirit are all parts of one perfect spiritual unit where the Id and Ego are very base and the superego is more like the punitive parent in the back of the mind. That's how I see it.
The human being loves the number 3. You can notice this if you look around. You'll see '3' everywhere.

Not really, the link does not make sense. The only other names I have heard for them are child, parent, and adult. (child = id, parent = superego, adult = ego). The father and son part match up, but the holy ghost does not choose between them, as the ego does.

At first glance, I was inclined to disagree --the idea of Christian trinitarianism being embedded in the psychoanalytic theory of an atheistic Jewish thinker....however....
your ideas seem to follow the lines of thinking of philosopher Slavoj Zizek and sytematic theologian Robert Jensen.
Have a look here and see if any of this fits with your theory:http://www.adamkotsko.com/ziztrin.htm

They are entirely unrelated.
Father, Son & Holy Spirit are all manifestations of God. In Christianity, all elements of God are seen as separate from the person, although the Holy Spirit is seen as comforting the human being.
Id, Ego, & Superego are elements of personality.
(Roughly these are as follows:
Id = primary urges;
Ego = executive/decision functioning;
Superego = Conscience).

That's a good question. And thinking about it in that light, I guess it could be applied that way. It would fit, in a general way... though these archetypes are just generalizations of something that wasn't, at the time used, as easily understood as they are today.
Again, good question.

No. The titles Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are just that. Titles for Jesus Christ. He is one. There is no trinity. The analogy is not accurate.

I think Freud has found the reason man invents gods in his excellent treatise "Moses and Monotheism." Recommended reading!

Freudian systems are a useful analagy for a little while, but they are seriously limited and outdated.
