Depeding on how fast you lose the weight, you may have a flabby phase, but should tighten up. Who knows -- at that age, you still may have a trace of growth to help. Skin is adaptive, but loses it's resilience with age.

YOUR AGE PROBABLY WON'T DETERMINE HOW MUCH YOU CAN LOOSE WITHOUT GETTING FLABBY, YOUR SKIN TYPE AND HOW FAST YOU LOOSE THE FAT WILL, ALSO YOU DON'T WANT TO FORGET ABOUT TURNING FAT INTO MUSCLE. THAT CAN ALSO HELP WITH KEEPING STUFF A LITTLE FIRM. HOPE YOU LOOSE WEIGHT AND GET FIT. GOOD LUCK TO YOU. OH YEAH, IF YOU HAVE THE SKIN TYPE THAT YOU GET STRETCH MARKS EASILY YOU MAY HAVE MORE OF A HARDER TIME WITH FLAB. BUT NOT NECESSARILY.

Yes. Your skin will bounce back. But you have to exercise along with your diet for that. Just the usual fitness activities, like stretching, jogging, aerobics, etc, aerobics being the best. Apply anti-stretch creams every day; an be bought in Walmart.

THE BEST WAY TO NOT HAVE LOOSE FLABBY SKIN IS LOOSE THE WEIGHT AT ABOUT 2 POUNDS A WEEK AND YOU WON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. BEST TO YOU.

Sure! When you are young your skin has lots of elasticity so it will "bounce" back. Try not to lose it too fast though...it can be unhealthy.

loose one or two pounds a week and do lots of strength training and lift weights. Muscule weighs more than fat but it doesn't jiggle.
