You will be able to tell if pork is spoiled by a few different factors. First, will be the smell, it will have a very off odor. Second, you will most likely feel a slimy substance on the pork itself. Lastly you may also notice a discoloring as follows: a slight brownish green hue on the meat itself.

By the time pork starts to smell bad, you know it's unsafe to eat. However, if meat is left at temperature above 41 degrees F for a total of 4 hours or more, bacteria growth is considered to be at an unsafe level and the meat is not suitable for consumption (even though it may not smell yet). If in doubt, throw it out.

By the smell, or if it is slick. Pork spoils after just a few days in the fridge, so be careful with it, food poisoning is a bad deal.

by its smell, believe me if its spoiled you will know. It has a funny smell even when cooked. I know from experience. Let me tell you.
I went to my aunt's house, we were all in the living room chilling. My aunt walked in the room with a plate of food. I started smelling this terrible stench. I looked at her and she was eating a pork chop and that was only thing she had on her plate. She ate that pork chop as if it was the freshest piece of meat she'd ever had.

By the smell. Usually rotten pork, beef, or poultry will reek...sometimes to high heaven.

I really hate to say this but "spoiled pork" sounds like a good idea for a rock band; better yet, "poiled spork" sounds even better :)

If you think any meat is spoiled, don't risk it. Toss it.
