depends on how much he drank ....ingested.
If there's any doubt, call a doc ASAP and or the paint manufacturer.
You don't mention what kind of paint. Water base paints might be less toxic, Thinner or oil base paints are much more toxic and lethal. If you even think your bro drank in some of that paint I'd get a pro involved.
Most kids when they taste bad tates will spit it out. I hope this is the case for you and your bro.

Well some are, like the ones people paint with like crayola, they are non toxic, but the ones that we paint with are. There should be a label on the paint container, if it has; corrosive, poisionous, caution, flammable, and explodable signes on it then yes it is. Check the can it should say or call /email the company, teh best thing to do is check with the doctor.

Checkl the label of the can and call poison controll imediatly. Not that it "IS" toxic but you need to make sure everything is OK.

A tiny bit of swallowed latex probably won't hurt him, mouthfuls might - there is ammonia in it. Oil base will. Latex should just come off of the skin over the next couple days.

I always get sick from the fumes. It gives me a headache and sore throat. I hope it wasn't old paint hiding in the garage? Lead paint is very very bad.
