Lately the bumps in the back of my teeth have been getting bigger and I can feel something sharp. I only feel it on the top righ and left of my teeth and Im pretty sure its my wisdom teeth. Should I go to the Dentist to get an X-Ray? Do people usually pull it out fully grown or when it still comes out?

Go to the dentist. Most (but not all) wisdom teeth are impacted, meaning they will never really come out and will have to be surgically cut out. In the meantime, as they grow sideways they push into the other teeth and can cause a real problem with the rest of the teeth. My daughters are 17 and 19. The 19 year old just had hers checked and three are fully in and one shows in the X-ray that it will come in just fine. There was room for all four. The 17 year old had to have two pulled and two cut out. There was not room for any of them, and two were badly impacted and were crowding her other teeth so badly that the front bottom teeth had begun to overlap each other.

Actually you may want to bypass the dentist and go straight to an
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. They specialize in the removal of wisdom teeth. Don't think they are just money hungry to snatch your teeth out. I once had an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon tell me that pulling my wisdoms out at that time was an unnecessary risk since I was not in any pain at that time. They will also do an x-ray. This may save you a little bit of time, money and hassle since most dentists will only end up referring you to an oral surgeon anyway to get an opinion on whether or not your wisdoms should be pulled. I say go straight to the source and skip the middle man. I don't understand your last question but I can say that most people that I know who have had their wisdoms removed were of adult age with they were taken out.

You'll know when your wisdom teeth are coming in because they hurt like crazy! Usually they wait until the teeth are fully out, but sometimes they become impacted and/or infected and need to be extracted. You might want to see your dentist just to make sure they are coming in the way they should be.

If they dont bother you, then dont you bother them. The only time that you should be concerned about your wisdom teeth is when they start to give you trouble. 9 times out of 10 if they are growing like normal teeth then you should have no problem. On the other hand if they are impacted then you will have major problems.
