I know about the steps at Rice Stadium which I don't even know if the public still has access to, but I used to work for a security company who did access control for on of the tall buildings downtown. It was perfect b/c I would get there at 6a, climb 60 flights take the elevator down and do it again. I was seeing if anyone knew of any building anywhere in Houston I could do this at. I have bad knees so my doctor said I could go up, but try not going down the stairs. It puts a large amount of shock on the knees and is bad.
