The vast majority of mankind has believed in God without a Bible. Millions before it was completed. Million in nations where the Gospel was not preached. Million in communist and Islamic countries where Bibles are forbidden. In fact, the Bible was WRITTEN by men who believed in God without a Bible. So, yes, without a Bible there is enough evidence that I would believe in Him. The book just makes it easier because you have the experiences of hundreds of people with God recorded for you.

If there was no Bible, yes you could still believe in God. You would have to have the faith to believe what another person tells you about God.

Also, it is possible for God to reveal Himself to people that don't have the Bible. God can do miracles.

Even before there were telephones, or airplanes, or any way for different continents to communicate with eachother, each civilization independently arrived at the conclusion that there was a god or gods. I imagine I would have arrived at that same conclusion if I had never seen a bible.

Each monotheistic religion also came up with the same basic laws of right and wrong, without having communicated with one another.

Because nature itself shows there is a God, those who have become sinical enough to not believe are "without excuse". Notice the following verse.

"For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse." (Romans 1:20)

One can believe there is a God (creator) without the Bible, but to know God's will for us, one would have to have some type of revelation from God. This is why we have the Bible.

We cannot know of God's plan for our salvetion from nature alone. To know who God is, and what he desires for us to do, we must look to His word!
