I am a very light sleeper. I wake up easy and once I do I have a hard time getting back to sleep, then i'm tired all day long. should I see a Doctor?

Why are you a light sleeper? Are you worried and anxious? Stay away from sleeping pills if you are not getting counseling. But, try anithistamines, like Benedryl. They work great and no side effects. They are also not addicting.

Wal Marts............. Melatonin from the pharmacy section. Use no more than 3 times a week with a day space inbetween until your sleeping pattern regulates and guaranteed you will sleep deeply. Wake up no sluggish side effect either. 3 pills is what you should be taking not the 2 they suggest on side of bottle.

I know what you're talking about since this happened to me all the time.. go to your doctor.

Don't mean to scare you but you should check it out. It's your health and we all need to rest in order to function correctly.

yes - it sounds like you have insomnia - you need to practice good sleep habits and retrain the way you approach sleep
