The GRACO DUOGLIDER is the easiest to use and seems to be the most comfortable for kids. They are easy to fold down and have conveniences like cup holders and large storage area's underneath. They are definitely a 10. Check them out at GRACOBABY.COM

we have an eddie bauer double stroller. It is the kind that is long and not wide. It is great, easy to handle, and one of the seats can turn so that the kids can see each other. There is a cup holder and lots of room to carry stuff. Or, if you have an eddie bauer infant seat, that can snap on too. The only bad thing is that its big, but i think that is the prob with lots of double strollers. On a 1-10, i would give it a 8

i have a graco duoglider, i rate it a 9. the bigger kid should sit in back as it is hard to steer with the big one in front. a graco carseat will lock onto the front or back tray.
i also have a side by side jeep umbrella stroller that i'd rate a 6. the seat belts seem kind of small, like they don't come up high enough on my son who is turning 4. the seatbelts in the duoglider come up tall enough. (he only uses the stroller when i need him to with my baby)

I have the Graco duoglider. I would rate it a 7. It's very fancy and convienent. yet it weighs a ton and it's huge! (it barely fits into my trunk)
