I like peoles ability to laugh. Their sense of humour. It is one of mankinds best attributes. Especially the ability to laugh at oneself.
I don't like the inherent desire or willingness to hurt others. This I would change.
Hopefully such a change would mean less suffering all round.

Ability to adapt to a situation and do what is necessary to survive (well, some of us anyway).
Don't like things like rivalry, particularly where pride or blind faith is concerned (e.g. football supporters and religious nutters).
I would remove the need to believe there is a higher being which most humans seem to suffer from.
Concequences? No more religion, much less needless fighting and killing in the world, no more greedy and rich churches. (I prefer the old monastery system, at least they put it all back into the community).
