Mayonnaise... Once a week, dampen your hair with water, massage the mayonnaise in your hair, cover with a shower cap (the more heat the better) for 15 minutes, then rinse out with warm water. For extra shine, rinse afterwards with cold water. (as cold as you can as long as it feels comfortable to you). It's also a good idea to wash your hair with cold water too. Hot water kills your hair. You could also try a mixture of 5 drops of rosemary oil, 2 drops of lavender, and 2 tbsp. of jojoba oil. Olive oil should do the trick too. =)

Updating: Also, avoid any conditioner with alcohol listed in the ingredients... It'll dry your hair out.

My mom used to wrap her hair tightly around Coke cans while it was wet and let it dry that way, when she was younger, to make it look straight and smooth. I think you can actually buy rollers that big now. That straightens it out quite a bit.

Condition the heck out of it first and, when it's dry, brush it out and spray it with some shine serum.

Buy an oily smoothing product...sounds to me like you need a blow dryer though if your hair is frizzy and curly.

pantene makes an AWESOME shampoo for dry frizzy hair... its their restoratives line, I have found nothing better out there... not even professional

try www.pantene.com and click the link on the left that says restoratives...

also, try applying olive oil, to your hair, while its dry... then cover with a plastic cap, and wrap with a hot towel. let it sit up to an hour, then rinse with warm/hot water then shampoo, and condition....you should see a difference.... do that once or twice a week for healthy hair and scalp

Either use a hair straightener (chemical) or you will HAVE to use the straightening iron, etc. A blow dryer would only create more frizz.

try the different products you can afford....herbal essence makes "none of your frizziness" conditioner...but what works for me may not work for you...also try washing and braiding your hair at night when you wake up it may still by damp and wavy but not frizzy. If you like your curls....shower and use gel on damp hair to have curls with no frizz....good luck.
