2nd Riddle:
A man was to be sentenced, and the judge told him, "You may make a statement. If it is true, I'll sentence you to four years in prison. If it is false, I'll sentence you to six years in prison." After the man made his statement, the judge decided to let him go free.
What did the man say?

Don't know about the first one...interesting question, but too exhausted to do that much thinking.
For the second riddle, the man could say: "You will sentence me to six years in prison."
If the judge really does sentence him to six years, then he's told the truth. BUT...the judge promised that...if his statement is TRUE, he'll be sentenced to only four years.
If the judge sentences him to four years, then the man told a lie. BUT...the judge promised that...if his statement is FALSE, he'll be sentenced to six years.
I would imagine that the judge, after pondering this a bit, let the man go free in tribute to his ingenuity.

statements 1 through 9 are true number 10 is the only one that is false.
2nd Riddle:

First Riddle:
The tenth one is false because it should say "All fo these statements are false".
Second Riddle:
He said, "You'll sentence me to six years in prison." If it was true, then the judge would have to make it false by sentencing him to four years. If it was false, then he would have to give him six years, which would make it true. Rather than contradict his own word, the judge set the man free.
