I'm with you, I dont understand why just because you're at the gym its all of a sudden alright for old men to wave their parts around like they're selling tickets. Also I'm not comfortable with other men a) seeing me naked b) standing next to me while I'm naked or c) standing next to me and rubbing their balls on a towel while we're both naked. It doesnt matter wether I'm in the changing rooms, or the supermarket, I just dont like it.

What is it about your body that makes you uncomfortable being nude in a locker room in front of other men? Or is this a homophobia issue and you're actually aftraid that other men will want you sexually if they see you naked? Or are you afraid that you will get an erection in the presence of other naked men? These are questions that you need to answer.
No one is going to attack you. No one cares about your penis size. Everyone is there just to take a shower after a workout and to change clothes. Some guys wear their towels around their waste, other wear nothing. Choose your poison.
I'm assuming that you are an adult. If this is an adolescent issue, maybe you can just deal with it like we all did or try talking to your coach.
Either way, it's just parts and we all have parts.

No, you aren't being silly. I don't like to change in the gym changing rooms because I'm really modest. I don't like anyone looking at me.

Considering the pornography available to men today, (and boys) I would NEVER change in the boys gym. But, I never would have 150 years ago either. Maybe I would change the gym!

Heck no! I take showers with pride fart if anyone is looking. You know if you cover yourself during right times and pay no attention to anyone else time will pass by really fast and you wont even notice a thing. If you feel like people are looking at you, what you do is look around the gym and see if anyone is looking at you but look like if your looking for something and you see that no one is looking at you: ) so change with pride and time slips by

Depends on what the situation is. If you're a teen, I can understand your fear. If it's taking a shower, it's even worse then. But if you're just gonna change clothes. don't stress it so much. Live your life without fear.
