I need something that can transfer my VHS(analog format) movies to DVD's (digital format). I want something like honestech VHS to DVD 2.0 Deluxe or Magix movies on CD and DVD 2.0, so I can edit the movies also----BUT IT MUST BE FOR MAC!!!!----

The software isn't the issue, it's really the hardware, but as soon as you figure that out, you can use iMovie and iDVD, Final Cut Studio, or software that comes with some D/A converters. I would recommend one of Canopus' Bi-Directional converters.
