No, it's more like calling an illegal alien an uninvited house guest. We have no proof that the person is here to perform any illegal acts. His presence here is illegal because the immigration laws are in serious need of reform.
Of course, if he commits a crime, he should do the time, just like anyone else. But if I were a lawyer representing a person charged with violating the immigration laws, I would certainly include in my argument that the INS has made it so difficult to get legal that they are doing what motor vehicle laws do. When people must, they will drive a car, even without a license. When people must, they will cross a border to get work, even without a license.

yes its the same thing the burglar may think i am not going to hurt anyone i am just taking what i need it is the same thing and they know when they are sneaking across hiring a coyote that it is illegal otherwise they would not need to sneak in to do it therefore they know full well its a crime something they may feel is harmless since they want to better there lives but a crime no less
