I being a 14.5 year old male in the 8th grade don't have a lot of time on my hands to stay in shape to take care of my physical being. But-somehow , I find ways. So-if any you out there that know of diet tips or excercises that can really help and have proof of the matter-please type them down for your answer, because as I said-time is what I don't have. Please-I really need your help so I won't be fat any more. Serious people only please!

When you are brushing your teeth, do squats and leg and thigh exercises. When you are at your desk, tighten your gluteous muscles; when you are watching tv, do ab tightening exercises and push ups. When you are waiting for dinner, do arm presses against the wall. It's kinda like home schooling - everything can be about exercise, with out exercising!

I think there is one problem though. You are putting this way up front of other issues in your life. Kick back, take a breath. You are young and life is filled with so much if you take it right.

You might be very surprised how many girls like bigger guys. Use your attitude and personality to compensate for you until you get in shape.

Well it is pretty simple... time is not the issue it is what you take in... if you eat more and move less you wont lose weight. You have to take in less and move more... it is simple as that. Instead of taking the elevator take the stairs, in stead of a short cut take the long way. walk, run, get up and turn your tv off or switch channels when watching tv instead of a remote.. during commerical break run in place or do sit ups.. you just have to do more activity... make sure when you eat supper/dinner you eat it three hours before you go to bed because it will sit in your stomach and thats what turns into fat

It's an excellent resource, full of good tips, tools and advice and even shows demonstrations of proper exercise and strength training techniques and it really got me motivated after years of demotivation. I don't what it was about this site, but I've been exercising nearly everyday since I started it.

I've lost 10 lbs so far, been on it for 2.5 weeks!

drink lotsssss of waterrrrrrr
eat fruitssss anytime of the day..
drink green tea it helps burn fat
grape fruit does too
do not eat after 6pm
dont forget the 2litrs of water a day
atleast 1hr of working out (cardio) everyday 7 days a week.. well 15kg in a month, u should workout an hr everyday,,,
Ummm watelse.. eat a fist only of protein.. fish is the best... fish and veggies thats ofcourse lunch........ nyway good luck u can lose 15 if u rllyyyyyyy do this!! i guarantee it.. i wana do this too!!

push-ups, dumbbell lifts, bench press, run. Oh and sit-ups and crunches. Look online for good tips too.

eat right,drink lots of water and if u can exercise but make sure your doctor says its ok .good luck
