I being a 14.5 year old male in the 8th grade don't have a lot of time on my hands to stay in shape to take care of my physical being. But-somehow , I find ways. So-if any you out there that know of diet tips or excercises that can really help and have proof of the matter-please type them down for your answer, because as I said-time is what I don't have. Please-I really need your help so I won't be fat any more. Serious people only please!
