Ok,it's this girl that i'm into that I see from time to time,however,I do not know if she's into me or not. I have told her that I like her and all of that,and i've asked if we could hang out or go out to dinner,but she usually just tells me that she's real busy. Well,she is in a Band,Baby-sits,bought herself a new car (that i'm sure isn't paid for yet),and there's still school. Ok,the next day,her friend came up to me and said that she told her that I was trying to talk to her,a replied "yeah,and I really do like her,however,I don't think she likes me. Her reply was "she's just shy about stuff like that." Now the next day I seen her,I just said Hi to her and all of that,but before I left her,I told her that she had beautiful eyes,and she said thank you,and as I was leaving the destination,she waved at me out the window. But when I seen her again,I asked her for her number and she said she didn't know because she's busy! I don't know,do she like me,but very busy and /or shy,or what?

She doesn't sound interested. She doesn't want to hurt your feelings so she sends a friend to tell you she's 'shy'. When any girls tells you that she is really busy that means she isn't that interested in you. She probably gets off on all the attention you give her though. If she was interested but actually busy she would find some way for you guys to hook up.

Yes, you have a chance, but no, she is not into you yet. What did she tell you??? "she's just shy about stuff like that." RIGHT???
So you need to slow down, talk to the girl, until she is comfortable with you. Talk about anything, but don't be THREATENING, like asking her out every time. Talk school, weather, movies, anything at all. Doesn't matter. Girls like guys who talk. SHE KNOWS YOU'RE INTERESTED.
After about a month of this, when something special pops up, ask her to go with you. (Circus, ice capades, etc) DON'T JUST ASK FOR HER NUMBER !! If she won't go out with you, having her number does nothing for you.

I think that she is a little shy but i could be wrong. A shy person usually responds more openly in writing or maybe on the phone. You could write her a note or talk to her on messenger. But I also get the feeling that maybe your not her type, if she keeps telling you that she is busy it could be a bad sign. But females are complicated so i would try talking to her threw writing or maybe talk to one of her close friends that is going to be very bluntly honest

i am thinking that she might of had a bad experience before and she is thining if things might happen if you guys were together! just give her more time and see what happens! if she doesn't want to hang out or talk on the phone then just stop trying and let her try to ask you!

if she's to busy to remember or tell you her number then i'd say that she just wants to be friends. However you might want to try catching her in a group date, then you can let her get to know you better

sounds like she is alittle of both very shy and busy.it also sounds like to me that you may be the first guy that has approached her in a while,so she also may be scared.take it slow.sounds as thou she does like you but don't know what to do or how to act.you play your cards right,you will win her over.good luck.
