Try working out and drink some protein shakes. You really cant get to fat if you are under a hundered pounds. I think that you need to gain weight hundered pounds isnt enough.

Have you talked to your doctor about still being underweight? Was your surgery for a thyroid problem by any chance? You could ask you Dr. for a referral to a certified nutritionist who could put you on a safe high cal diet.

muscle. muscle weighs more then fat and doesn't make you look fat. try working our or doing simple excersises for the next few weeks.

probably just eat alot and if you get fat like on your theighs or belly then just do excersises to target those areas, or workout and try to get some muscle weight.how old are you?
