Good point! In relationships we often have this kind of `ideal' in our own minds; of what we would like to have; and then try and live this ideal out on who ever we are with. But the reality is that the ideal picture in your mind is not the reality in front of you! It takes experience to learn to accept compromise; there are plus and minus points in all things but it is possible to be happy!~

Reality is... deep down inside, everybody thinks that "their" way of thinking, or beliefs are the right way.. and often times they do not understand how another person cannot simply see that.

Reality is... everybody is different, and we must accept that. It's easy to expect from others, that's natural and okay. But it's not okay when you take action, and actually "try" to change them.

We live in an on demand, convenience-driven society. Changing yourself might take five minutes a day ...maybe MORE! It is so much easier to demand that the world around us change.

Usually the one that is need
of changing is in dire need of it
And if it is us
and we happen to be the one who needs to change
then we should try to make an effort
Surprise yourself and make the change
but make sure it is a good choice

Our expectations of someone may not be their own desire. A person has to have the willingness to want to change.
