Well, that's a no brainer.
Christ is suppose to be kind, caring, nonjudgmental, forgiving and forever concerned about the poor and less fortunate.
A lot of Christian are just the opposite.

exciting ... in view that "Chirstians" are to make up the body of Christ ... hmm ... traditionally, Ghandi did stay even as there have been challenged Christians ... yet I also believed that Ghandi had an expertise of Jesus' salvation too. ok, that is why he would not like me too properly ... i'm a joker (God's present to me which i exploit properly in God's call each so often and typically no longer so sturdy ... whoops) ... inspect this funny tale about Ghandi (giggle): Oh that Gandhi! So Gandhi continuously walked round with out shoes on so he had truly difficult ft. he's likewise fashionable for his starvation strikes that made him very skinny. He replaced into also a really religious guy. yet by using his undesirable eating routine he had very undesirable breath. So what does that make Gandhi? an excellent calloused fragile mystic hexed with the help of halitosis!

Ghandi was a wise men and believed in his religion which teaches compassion and foregiveness to the "others" as ideal way of live.
I have doubts in some of the things being done in the name of "Christianity". But those ”things” happen(ed) because of deviations and wrong interpretations of Christ's basic message, i. e. because of the failure to LOVE, and allowances made because of our selfish nature.
Jesus made it very clear that the 2 first and foremost commandments are:
to love God with ALL our being and above ALL "things", and to love ALL our fellow men & women, even if the may be our enemy. Any laws or "interpretations" deviating from those two are invalid according to Jesus.
I have no doubt that Jesus taught the right way. By the way, He was not the only one who taught compassion AND forgiveness as rules for life. But I believe He did it most clearly.
Just imagine! If all humans would willingly (not because they have been told) act out of compassion and forgiveness toward the "others" there truly would be peace on Earth! - No, I'm not perfect either!
Love is the answer - whatever the question!

Because it's true. Christians can be really crazy and stupid...they don't exactly live like Christ some days. I try to, but everyone has their days.

It was his opinion. But if he wanted to follow Jesus, he could have been the first one to try to be like Him if he thought that others are not doing such a good job. Luckily we do not get saved by how good we are. We get saved by the grace and mercy of God. And we need to be admitting that we need to be saved, and acknowledge the One who can save us.

Because he thought so, actually what keeps most people from becoming Christian are the Christians themselves.
It's not a logical assessment of Christianity though.
