I'm assuming you are talking about yourex husband. If thecar is in your name, and your ex has it, report it stolen. the police are not allowed to say you can't report it stolen if he took it from you. However, if the car was jointly owned, stop making payments and let the bank take it back. But go talk to the loan officer about the car first, so he doesn't further ruin your credit rating, and report him to the dmv for driving without insurance.

The police should be able to help you find him. If you know any of the same ppl you can ask them where he moved to. Or maybe he filed a change of address at the post office. Or call information.

honey sooner or later
that creep will show up
do have a cell phone handy
and perhaps a few close friends can
play detective and then
when you find out what you want
Jump out at him and say

Surprise ... but like do not do any of this by yourself
have a friend watching you
so you do not end up hurt

Do you have a Police Watchdog Group? A government authority that you can complain to about police actions? I would write to them, because if he moved it without your permission, he stole it.
