Good night. Mustangs of all years have more aftermarket support than probably any other car.
And for the LOVE of GOD don't listen to the silly RRR people that say you can't get high performance out of the V6, it's not true.
Here is the "racer's equation". One horsepower per cubic inch. So, you should be able to get 230 horsepower without supercharging. Maybe you can get another 75 with a supercharger. So, I would guess around 280 horsepower all the way hooked up. That's as much horsepower as a stock 1997 Cobra. You won't have the same amount of torque though. I don't hear anyone calling stock Cobras "whimpy".
For Christ's sake man, you live in the custom car capitol of the world(California, right? KCAL etc.). Why don't you crack open your phone book and find someone that deals with mustangs?
This really isn't even a question.
A "question" would be, where do you get high performance parts for ANY Ford Taurus SHO.

Body kit and ground affects!!! Those are so awesome! Plus do some cool graphics on it, but nothing cheesy, something original. Do things that you dont see every day so that people give your 'stang a second glance. Im in love with this mustang in my neighborhood, its got a brown/orange chamileon paint job on it and it looks good. Just dont do spoilers because they look tacky, but if you want to, get something that isnt obvious, something that fits on the back of the 'stang.
Just do whatever feels and looks good for you. Just dont go over the top so that you dont look like a ricer :))

Don't let me burst your bubble but start with the V-8 car because it has larger brakes and better raitio rear end. V-6 "excuse me" are girl cars especially when it has automatic transmission. There is so much that you have to do just to make the car safe and stop before any engine modification. The SHO taurus engine was made by Yamaha for front wheel drive and will not work with rear drive with out lot of working to make computers to reason with each other control units.

seriously, not even worth your time if you have the v6 model. really the only thing you could do is cosmetic, you know body kit, spoiler, rims etc. modding the engine would be a complete waste of your money. if you had the v8 it would be another matter but the v6 is a waste

Box the frame first, it's not strong enough for the stock motor that's in it from the factory.
