You are either an African or an American. You cannot be both. It's called soap. I think both Africans and Americans use it. Try it.

Please remove the micros. They aren't meant to be worn for longer than two months. Next time you get micros, get the "No Rinse shampoo" which is sold at Sallys. Another option would be ORS Latherless shampoo or Seabreeze. When you take the shampoo out, you can use a clarifying shampoo such as Creme of Nature Gentle clarifying shampoo. Use this shampoo once every two months. Then follow up with Creme of Nature shampoo for dry, damaged hair. You can also try Elasta QP shampoo, either the conditioning or relaxed formula. Also deep condition your hair with Lustrasilk Shea Butter cholesterol or Creme of Nature nourishing conditioner. Another option would be Elasta QP DPR-11 or Intense (by the same brand). For more info go to http://forum.blackhairmedia.com Good luck.

Well, first you need to rid your hair of all the dirt, grease, and grim. The easiest way to do it is get some sea breeze the kind for your face and put it on a rag and clean your scalp with it, fallow this with a lite scalp conditioner or grease. To much grease is a bad thing so don't grease it to much. If you have micros that is not good for your hair if it is already broken off. you need braids a little bigger than that. also you need to keep your ends cut so your hair can start to grow back.
