Frosting is tough to make, but it's worth it!
Red Velvet Cake
2/3 C butter
1 1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
2 TBSP cocoa powder
1 small bottle red food coloring
1 C milk
1 tsp vinegar
1 TBSP vanilla
1/2 tsp butter
2 1/2 C flour
1 TBSP vinegar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
Preheat oven to 350
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well.
Make a paste of cocoa powder and red food coloring; add to cream mixture
To milk, add 1 tsp vinegar, vanilla, and butter.
To cream mixture, alternately add milk mixture and flour
Mix 1 TBSP vinegar with baking soda and fold into cake mixture (do not beat)
Bake for 25-30 minutes
In the mean time, make frosting
Frosting:
3 heaping TBSP flour
1 C sugar
1 C butter
1 C milk
1 tsp vanilla
On med-high, cook flour and milk until almost in dough ball
Let cool
Add in sugar until smooth. Add butter and vanilla. Beat on high until like whipped cream
Spread on completely cooled cake

If you do not have a Coldstone near you, go to Dairy Queen for one of their ice cream cakes.They are very good.
If you do not want ice cream in your cake, a big chocolate cake with chocolate frosting would be good. Have your MOm buy some chocolate ice cream, too.
Don't forget the ten candles on top!

I love vanilla cake with vanilla icing. I'm just not a big chocolate person. But you should get whatever flavor you like best.

Get a orea cookie cake and put in some gummy worms

it may sound wierd, but i think that strawberry cake(not ctrawberry ice crem cake) is sooooooooo good! i also like the kinds of cakes at asian bakeries(i think korean) they are really good and have fruit in the middle but they arent too rich. i could eat a whole cake. no joke.

vanilla with a thin layer of cheesecake in the middle!!! load it with icing and you can even eat it with cherries or strawberries!! i highly reccomend it!!!

get and ice cream cake from dairy queen! it has chocolate and vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, chocolate crunchies, whipped cream AND icing!! go nuts!!! ur only 10 once!!!
