someone suggested Joico.... and that really does work well because it is a protein based conditioner, if you do it once a week it will really help....
also
Pantene has a brand new line out called Restoratives... I am using it right now... awesome stuff says it will repair 2 years worth of damage in 1 month... makes my dry damaged hair feel much better....
http://www.pantene.com/en_CA/browse-products/regimen/restoratives/index.jsp
also try this oil treatment......It works wonders
apply warmed Olive oil to your hair when its dry, cover with a plastic cap, and wrap with a hot towel (one out of the dryer works great). Leave on for an hour or so....some people leave it on overnight...
To wash out first rinse with really warm/hot water, then use a small amount of shampoo, and concentrate on the scalp, avoid the ends, then condition. when you are done rinse with really cold water to seal the cuticle.
do the hot oil treatment once or twice a week til your hair feels good again.

You need to get a reconstructor like Enjoys Intensive Reconstructing Spray and Instant Reconstructor. When used together these two products add strength and elasticity to weak overstressed hair and will help eliminate frizz without weighing down your hair. You can get these products in some beauty supply stores or professional salons.

use a moisturizing shampoo and a deep conditioner, leave the deep conditioner on for about 20 minutes, do this at least 3 times a week, (biolage and joico has some good deep conditioners) you can also use biosilk shine serum to help your hair feel soft and shiny

I promise that if you use K-pac by Joico your hair will be healthier than it ever has before. it is about $20 but it's worth it. I'm using it right now. You can get it at any salon.

Maybe you should READ! The directions say to use the conditioner. Hmmm. Maybe there's a reason for this.
