John Slat's answer is correct, they are the same thing. And he gave a good explanation of the main way in which Shi'as and different from Sunnis, namely that they believe the caliphate should go through the family, whereas Sunnis believe the best-qualified person should be leader. However, it is very important to note that all the basic beliefs and practices and pretty much the same for all Muslims.

To give you a more detailed answer, Shi'a is how it's generally said in Arabic, Urdu, Farsi, etc. Shi'ite is more of an Englishized version of Shi'a, which is why people prefer the word Shi'a. Also, usually you call someone following Shi'ism a Shi'a, whereas Shi'ite is an adjective, for instance "Shiite beliefs."

Presuming this is a "real" question, yes "Shi'ites" and "Shia's" (The Party of Ali) are the same.
Shi'a is usually preferred.
"Shi'a Islam, also Shi'ite Islam or Shi'ism (Arabic: شيعة‎ , translit: Shī‘ah; is the second largest denomination of the religion of Islam. Shi'a Muslims adhere to what they consider to be the teachings of the Islamic prophet Muhammad and the religious guidance of his family whom they refer to as the Ahlul Bayt. Thus, Shi'as consider the first three ruling Sunni caliphs a historic occurrence and not something attached to faith. The singular/adjective form is Shī`ī (شيعي.) and refers to a follower of the Ahlul Bayt and of Ali ibn Abi Talib (Imam Ali) in particular."
