Do you mean the arrangements that are carried by the wedding party?
You can make them yourself by purchasing 6-8 inch styrofoam balls and hotglueing strands of red berrys to them. Start from the bottom and layer until reaching the top. Tie a bow with streamers to flow down the ball with a ribbon for the handle, attach this to a small wooden pick and stick down into the top of the piece.

I would check with a florist to see if they can make what you want. If you can't find it you can also make it your self. I have listed a website on how to make a kissing ball it is made with flowers but if you don't want flowers and you want the berries you can use them also. I would buy the stuff to make it at some place like Hobby Lobby, Michaels or even Walmart would have alot of what you need.
