whenever a girl touch herself this risk exist ,it,s wrong . if touching occur to break it or accrue while this girl want her finger work as a penis,absolutely yes .in addition at this time dr,s can understand the reason of it,s break ,I mean they can make difference between impact & sexual activity.I think.

yes it can if the touching includes a little way into the vagina. Another way a girl's hymen can break is answered by what happened to me. When I was about 10 or so, I was riding my bicycle, the front wheel went into a pot hole in the cement and I felt pain, and after investigating the pain I found blood. When I first visited the OBGYN he commented that I'd had intercourse so soon. I told him I was a virgin but he didn't believe me!

There's probably some variation among women in the thickness if their hymens. The thinner ones can probably break pretty easily, but the thick ones require a LOT of force, ergo pain. But yes, if a penis can break a hymen, a finger can too.
